If you are under 18 or under the age of majority, you should get parent/guardian permission before using the SL8 Social Platform. All of your personal data and details about your use of the SL8 Social Platform are processed directly at the offices of Cassator Corp. and on AWS Amazon's remote services.
The processing of personal data, depending on the location of the SL8 Social Platform user, is covered by this Privacy Policy and various applicable laws, namely:

8.2. the data of users located in the EU are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);

Cassator Corp. clearly understands that we should protect your personal data from unauthorized use, alteration or destruction of your information.
We are very careful to keep and protect your information, but any data transmission over the Internet cannot be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant 100% security of the information you provide to the SL8 Social Platform.
Cassator Corp. does not receive payment information or user bank details when making payment transactions on the SL8 Social Platform. When making purchases, all purchases are encrypted via SSL ("information security protocol"). SSL is a standard protocol for encryption over the Internet.
When paying for services in the SL8 Social Platform, the user shall use their own wallets in the SL8 Social Platform and the Stellar exchange.
When you interact with the SL8 Social Platform, all of your personal data and data on the SL8 Social Platform are encrypted. Data encryption when stored on Amazon's AWS services is used to ensure that your personal data cannot be accessed by other users or Cassator Corp. We use SHA-512 + aes-256-cbc cryptography, where the key is the hash time of the data. We also use aes-256-cbc with random key rotation to encrypt your data. Also, server-side encryption (SSE) is used to record data to Amazon's AWS servers via AES-256 encryption provided by Amazon Web Services.
Your private chat messages and personal files are end-to-end encrypted. Therefore, only you and the person you are communicating with can see your private messages and files.
We may disclose your personal data stored in our databases to a third party in the following cases:
Protection of our legal rights, interests or the protection of our safety and property, the rights or safety of our employees;
